Accompanying the supply and installation of a new DRO (digital read-out) systems, EEC offer demonstration of the full features available for use with a new DRO including PCD hole patterns, linear hole patterns and probing with a wobbler.
Generally speaking within the industry, customers supplied with new machinery with a DRO fitted, are never shown the true potential of the DRO and only use it as a basic box, not realising the inbuilt capabilities of a modern display. Both the new Heidenhain ND 7013 and Acu-Rite DRO 203 displays offer all these features.
