Moving at pace into the new year, the Engineering Equipment Centre have hit the ground running, continuing to solve issues for customers and making improvements to their capability. We moved forward as a company markedly during 2025, and below is a snapshot of our achievements.

EEC Ltd are part of the HEIDENHAIN Partner Service training program
During 2024, EEC Ltd Undertook GB Partner Service Training by invitation from HEIDENHAIN GB. This further widened our capabilities into 2025 along with the benefits that we can offer to our customers. This undertaking increased our knowledge base with up-to-date understanding of the latest technological advancements, provides localised support and faster response times. In addition, we are able to further maximise the service life of machining systems.

Repairing, Maintaining and Improving Legacy Machining Equipment
EEC Repair and Improve Legacy CNC Machining technology
During uncertain economic times, as we have at the moment, companies are keen to minimise investment costs as much as possible, and EEC Ltd can help with these goals. EEC engineers have vast experience working with existing, legacy equipment.
It is often possible to replace worn out measurement equipment, and improve accuracy by installing new digital readout systems and other equipment, to bring an ageing machining centre up-to-date. Links to blogs
In certain cases, it is possible to repair or refurbish existing worn out equipment, such as scales, breathing new life into what appears to be a worn out machine. Or replacing power supplies which are worn out and are causing system errors.

Digital Readout and Scale Conversions
EEC Engineers have vast expertise in the installation of Digital Readout (DRO) and Scale systems
It is also possible to install digital readouts (DROs) and scale systems into older machines that traditionally do not carry such capabilities.
